1. Who we are

3DPartGo is operated by SIA TWIN, a company registered in Latvia in 2018. When these terms say we, us or our, they mean SIA TWIN.

2. What we do

We make parts to order: 3D printing from the model you upload, the drawing you send or, for photo figurines, the photos you share. A model from a photo is built automatically by our AI 3D Studio; an engineer models by hand only when you ask for that. We print in PLA, PETG, ASA and TPU.

The online upload tool measures STL, 3MF, OBJ and GLB files in seconds. You need to sign in before uploading, so your files and quotes stay attached to your account.

Pricing is automatic: you choose material, quality, colour and quantity, the price appears with VAT and delivery included, and you pay by card. Production starts after payment. Drawings, and models the calculator will not price, go to a quote request instead: an engineer replies by email and nothing is produced before you accept that quote.

A contract is formed when your card payment succeeds and we confirm the order by email. Until that moment nothing is ordered: a price on the screen is an offer you can walk away from. For a quote request, the contract forms when you accept the written quote we send you.

Before you pay, one screen shows the model, the material, the quality, the colour, the quantity, the delivery address and the total. Every one of them can still be changed there, and that screen is where a typing mistake gets corrected: nothing is ordered until you press the button under it. The contract is concluded in the language you ordered in. We email you the confirmation and the invoice as a PDF you can keep, and we do not archive a separate copy for you, so save that email.

3. Prices and VAT

Prices shown to consumers in the European Union include Latvian VAT. A business in another EU member state with a valid VAT number is invoiced at 0% and accounts for the VAT itself. An order delivered outside the EU, the United Kingdom included, carries no EU VAT.

The total in the configurator is the final price you pay us: VAT and delivery are already inside it and we add nothing after you have paid. When an order goes to a quote request instead, the written quote states the final price and you commit to nothing until you accept it.

One thing that total cannot cover: a parcel leaving the EU is charged by the country it arrives in. Import VAT, any customs duty and the carrier fee for clearing the parcel are set by that country and collected from you by the carrier on delivery. We do not receive that money and cannot quote it in advance. If you order from outside the EU, count on it.

4. Custom manufacture and withdrawal

Every part is made to your specification. Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specification, so it ends once production of your order has started.

In plain words: up to the moment production starts you can cancel freely. After that the order cannot be withdrawn, because the part is made for you and for nobody else. We state this here, before any payment, so there are no surprises.

To cancel, write to info@3dpartgo.com with your order number. If the part has not gone on the printer we cancel it and refund the full amount to the card you paid with, and the invoice is cancelled with it. A refund reaches the card within the time your bank takes, usually a few working days.

5. Delivery

We deliver across the EU and to the UK, always with tracking. Delivery to Latvia, the EU and the UK up to 5 kg is priced with the order; heavier or more distant parcels are quoted by hand.

Production starts as soon as your payment succeeds, and most orders leave our workshop within two working days. With the carrier transit shown at checkout that is normally 5 to 6 working days from payment to your door in the EU, and 2 to 4 working days inside Latvia. Tracking is emailed to you the moment the parcel leaves us.

A large batch or an unusual job can need longer, and then we tell you before we start it. In no case is delivery later than 30 days from payment: if we ever look like missing that, you can set us one more reasonable period, and if we miss that too you can cancel the order and we refund everything you paid, in full, without you having to argue for it.

6. If something is wrong

If a part arrives damaged or does not match the specification you ordered, write to info@3dpartgo.com and we will put it right.

How to complain, concretely: email info@3dpartgo.com with your order number, what is wrong, and a photo where it can be seen. We confirm that we have it within two working days and give you our answer, with what we propose to do about it, within fourteen days. A complaint costs you nothing and does not shorten any deadline you have by law.

We work Monday to Friday, Riga time, and normally reply on the next working day. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.

As a consumer you have the legal guarantee of conformity: for two years from delivery, a part that does not match what was ordered must be repaired, replaced or refunded, and you do not pay for that. Made to order does not remove this. What it does not cover is a part that matches your file and your settings but turns out to be the wrong thing for the job: the design is yours, and the shape we print is the shape you sent.

If we cannot settle a complaint between us, a consumer in Latvia can take it to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC, ptac.gov.lv), and a consumer elsewhere in the EU to the equivalent authority in their own country. Nothing here obliges you to talk to us first, it is simply faster.

7. Your files

By uploading a model or sending photos you confirm that you have the right to have that object made and that producing it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Your files remain yours. We keep them on servers in the EU and use them to measure, price and produce your order.

8. What we do not print

We refuse work, and refund it, when the object is one of these:

• Firearms, their parts, magazines and anything designed to fire a projectile
• Knives and other weapons whose purpose is to injure
• Keys, lock parts, card readers and other things made to open what belongs to someone else
• Copies of a protected design, trademark or artwork that is not yours to reproduce
• Medical devices, implants and anything that would go inside a body
• Parts for a machine where a failure would put a person in danger, unless you tell us that use in advance and we agree to it in writing

We also do not certify any material for contact with food, drinking water or skin. A printed surface has microscopic gaps between layers that hold bacteria, and none of our four plastics is supplied to us with a food contact certificate.

9. What we are responsible for

We are responsible for producing the part you ordered, to the specification you set, and for delivering it. If we get that wrong we repair, replace or refund, as section 6 says.

We are not responsible for a design that does not work as you hoped, for a measurement taken from a photo rather than a drawing, or for what the part is used for afterwards. Beyond the legal guarantee and the rules that protect you as a consumer, our liability for any one order is limited to what you paid for it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Latvia. If you order as a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply.

11. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the new version is posted on this page with a new date at the top.

An order is always governed by the version that was in force on the day you paid for it or accepted its quote.
