How your order ships

Your parts leave our workshop at Berzaunes iela 1, Riga only after they are printed and checked. We look at every piece before it goes into the box, whether the order is a single part or a small batch.

Printed parts are packed with padding so edges, thin walls and fine details survive the trip. We hand the parcel to a carrier and email you the tracking number, so you can follow it from our door to yours.

We print and check most orders inside two working days of payment, and the parcel goes out the same day it is finished. Add the carrier transit below and an order in the EU is normally with you in 5 to 6 working days, in Latvia in 2 to 4. A large batch or an unusual job can take longer, and we tell you before we start it.

Delivery is priced automatically for Latvia, the EU and the United Kingdom, up to 5 kg: Latvia 3.50 to 6.50 EUR in 1 to 2 days; Estonia and Lithuania 5.50 to 9.50 EUR in 1 to 3 days; the rest of the EU and the UK 8.90 to 16.90 EUR in 2 to 5 days. The days are the carrier estimate, not a promise, and heavier or more distant parcels are quoted by hand. If you are in Riga, you can also collect your order by arrangement.

Delivery questions

How do I track my order?

When we hand your parcel to the carrier, we email you the tracking number. Use it on the carrier page to follow the parcel. If the status looks stuck, write to info@3dpartgo.com and we will check it.

What if the parcel arrives damaged?

Contact us at info@3dpartgo.com with photos of the box and the parts. We look at every case individually and work out the next step with you.

Do you deliver outside the EU and the UK?

Our standard delivery covers the EU and the UK. For other destinations, ask us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can arrange it.

Who pays customs duties for UK orders?

Goods leaving the EU are sold as an export, without Latvian VAT. Import VAT and any customs duty in the destination country are paid by the person receiving the parcel, at that country's rates.

Can I collect my order in Riga?

Yes, by arrangement. Our workshop is at Berzaunes iela 1, Riga. We work Monday to Friday, Riga time, so agree a time with us by email first.
