Small batches, made without tooling
3D printing is ideal for the quantities that fall between one prototype and mass production. We produce small and medium batches of identical parts without the cost and wait of injection moulding, so you can bring a product to market, bridge a supply gap or make a short run that a mould could never justify.
Because there is no tooling, you can change the design between runs and order exactly the quantity you need. Repeat and larger orders get a clear per part price. We print in PLA, PETG, ASA and TPU, and check every batch for consistent quality before it ships. Nylon and other materials are not in the configurator: ask for them in a quote request and an engineer will answer.
Typical runs include end use parts, branded items and giveaways, replacement components, and bridge production while tooling is being made. Upload your model and set the quantity, and the configurator shows the price per part.

Upload your model, set the quantity and the price per part appears at once, with the quantity discount already taken off. Above 500 EUR before VAT the batch is quoted by email.

As soon as the payment goes through, we print and check the batch in Latvia.

We ship across the EU and the UK, with a company invoice on request.
Low volume FAQ
What quantities make sense?
From a few pieces to a few hundred, 3D printing usually beats moulding on cost and lead time. Send your target quantity and we advise honestly.
How is the price per part worked out?
It depends on material, size and print time, and the quantity discount comes off on its own: 5% at 5 pieces, 13% at 10, 20% at 25, 26% at 50 and 32% at 100. Upload the model and the configurator shows the price per part. Above 500 EUR before VAT we quote the batch by email.
Are the parts identical?
Yes. We print the same file with the same settings and check the batch for consistent quality before it ships.
Can I change the design between runs?
Yes. With no tooling, you can revise the design any time and we print the new version, so you are never locked into a mould.
Do you invoice companies?
Yes. You receive a company invoice with your VAT details. A valid EU VAT number outside Latvia is invoiced at 0% VAT.
