Frequently asked questions
What files can I upload?
STL, 3MF, STEP, STP, OBJ, GLB and ZIP for models, plus PDF, JPG or PNG for drawings and photos. If you only have a photo of a part, upload that and we will advise on the next step.
Can I order only one part?
Yes. One-off parts are a normal order for us, and small series are welcome too.
What if I do not have a 3D model?
Send photos, measurements or a drawing. We will tell you honestly whether the part can be modelled and printed, and what it would take.
How do you calculate the price?
It depends on material, part size, print time and quantity. The configurator calculates it and shows the price with VAT and delivery before you pay. Minimum order 15 EUR before VAT, and discounts start at 5 pieces. There are no hidden fees.
Which material should I choose?
Tell us how the part will be used and we will recommend a material. As a rule of thumb: PLA for visual models, PETG for indoor functional parts, ASA for outdoor use, TPU for flexible parts. For demanding mechanical loads nylon is the answer, and it is not in the configurator: ask for it, or another material, in a quote request and an engineer will answer.
Do you deliver across Europe?
Yes. We produce in Latvia and ship with tracking across the EU and to the UK.
How long does a quotation take?
If the configurator can measure your model, there is no waiting: the price appears on screen in seconds. When there is no automatic price, or you send a drawing, an engineer reads your quote request and replies by email.
Are my files confidential?
Yes. Your files are used only to review and produce your project. They are not published or shared, and they are not used to train AI models without your permission.
