Track one: Upload and Print
This is the fast lane when a 3D file already exists. Sign in, drop your STL, 3MF, OBJ or GLB on the upload page, and the tool measures it in seconds: the real size in millimetres, the material volume, how many separate parts the file contains and whether the surface is closed. You see those facts and a picture of your model on screen, before anyone mentions money.
The next step is the configurator on the same screen: material (PLA, PETG, ASA or TPU), quality, colour, quantity and delivery country. The price appears immediately, with VAT and delivery included, and you pay by card. Some models fall outside automatic pricing, for example anything larger than the 325 x 320 x 325 mm build plate or over 3 000 000 triangles: the configurator says so and sends you to the quote request, where an engineer answers by email. Production starts after payment. We print in Riga on our own Bambu Lab H2S and write to you when the parcel ships.

Track two: From photos
No 3D file? The photo track exists for figurines and objects that start as pictures: a person, a pet, a couple for a wedding cake, a shape you want reproduced. Upload a photo in AI 3D Studio: the background is removed automatically and a 3D model is generated from the picture, without waiting for anyone.
The generated model lands in the same configurator as an uploaded file. You choose material, quality, colour and quantity, and the price appears immediately, with VAT and delivery included. After the card payment we print in Riga and ship with tracking. If the model cannot be priced automatically, the quote request is there and an engineer answers by email.

Take Upload and Print. STL, 3MF, OBJ or GLB from CAD, a slicer or a download: the tool measures it in seconds and the configurator shows the price with VAT and delivery. The natural route for functional parts, prototypes, replacements and small batches in PLA, PETG, ASA or TPU.
You only have photos
Take the photo track. AI 3D Studio turns your picture into a 3D model automatically, the price appears in the same configurator, and you pay by card. The natural route for portraits, pets, gifts and shapes that exist only in real life.
Questions about the process
Do I see a price right after uploading?
Yes. The tool measures your model in seconds, then the configurator asks for material, quality, colour, quantity and delivery country, and the price appears with VAT and delivery included. You pay by card on the same screen. A few models have no automatic price, for example when they are larger than the build plate: those go through the quote request and an engineer answers by email.
Which files can I upload?
STL, 3MF, OBJ and GLB. You sign in first so the model is saved to your projects, then the tool reads the size, the material volume, the number of separate parts and whether the surface is closed.
I only have photos. Can you still print something?
Yes, that is what AI 3D Studio is for. Upload a photo, the background is removed automatically and a 3D model is generated, then it opens in the same configurator with its price. If you would rather have a person model it by hand, request a quote.
Do the prices include VAT?
For consumers, prices are shown with VAT included. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced at 0% VAT.
How does delivery work?
We print in Riga on our own Bambu Lab H2S and deliver across the EU and the UK with tracking. Delivery is already in the price on the screen, so you see the full amount before you pay.
